Am Beispiel unserer blauen SCHIZZO® Cafe-Racer unten, wollen wir Euch hier einmal aufzeigen, für was WalzWerk Motorcycles® seit über 30 Jahren steht und wofür unsere traditionsreiche Manufaktur weltberühmt ist und Ihr dies in jeder einzelnen SCHIZZO® die wir bauen sehen könnt:

Erstklassige QUALITÄT, beispiellose PERFEKTION und vor allem eine unglaubliche LIEBE ZUM DETAIL!

Schaut Euch einfach mal die Photos unten an und achtet beispielsweise darauf ...

• wie am Motor die Benzinleitungen oder die Zündkabel sauber & aufgeräumt durch das Motorgehäuse verlegt sind.

• wie unsere handgefertigten Heckrahmen in einem exakt von uns definierten Winkel zum Hauptrahmen angefertigt sind und mit der Tanklinie eine Einheit bilden und sich somit formschlüssig in das Gesamtkonzept des Motorrads integrieren.

• wie fast alle elektrischen Kabel und Leitungen verdeckt im Rahmen und im Lenker verlegt sind und somit an dem gesamten Motorrad von aussen keine Kabel sichtbar sind, weil wir keine vorkonfektionierten Kabelbäume verwenden, sondern wir sehr aufwendig für jedes Motorrad einen eigenen perfekt passenden Kabelbaum anfertigen.

• wie sauber und unauffällig die Bremsleitungen vorne verbaut sind, weil wir keine vorgefertigten Leitungen verwenden, sondern jede Leitung millimetergenau genau direkt am jeweiligen Motorrad vermessen und angefertigt wird.

• wie die Auspuffanlage und die Rippen der Ventilhauben absolut parallel, zueinander und zu dem Boden verlaufen und damit ganz wesentlich zur Gesamtlinienführung des Motorrads beitragen.

• wie dominante und formgebende Komponenten wie beispielsweise die Sitzbank proportional exakt von uns bemessen sind.

• wie präzise die feinen Doppel-Linierungen den Radien und Kanten des Tanks folgen, weil diese bei allen unseren Motorrädern aufwändig per Hand und Pinsel aufgetragen werden und nicht etwa aufgeklebte Zierstreifen sind.

All diese "Kleinigkeiten" sind nur einige der unzähligen Details, die eine echte SCHIZZO® von BMW-Umbauten diverser "Marktbegleiter" unterscheidet!

Wenn Ihr also mit dem Gedanken spielt, Euch solch ein Motorrad bauen zu lassen, dann achtet mal etwas genauer auf solche Details, bevor Ihr Euer hart verdientes Geld bei irgendwelchen selbsternannten "Customizern" ausgebt.

• how the engine, the fuel lines or the ignition cables are almost invisible lined through the motor housing.

• how our handcrafted rear frames are aligned in an exactly defined angle to the main frame to line up with the tank line forms, to be a completed unit and integrates perfectly into the overall concept of the motorcycle.

• how almost all electrical cables and wires are concealed inside the frame and in the handlebars, so no wires are visible from the outside on the entire motorcycle, because we do not use prefabricated harnesses, but we manufacture for each motorcycle its own perfectly fitting harness.

• how clean and inconspicuous the brake lines are installed at the front, because we do not use prefabricated cables, but each cable is precisely measured and manufactured to the millimeter on the respective motorcycle.

• how the exhaust system and the ribs of the valve covers lines absolutely parallel, to each other and to the ground, run, and thus contribute significantly to the overall look of the motorcycle.

• how dominant and shaping components, such as the seat, are proportionately exactly measured by us.

• how precisely the fine double pinstripes follow the radius and edges of the tank, because these are applied by hand and brush on all our motorcycles and are not just stickers.

All these "little things" are just a few of the countless details that distinguishes a genuine SCHIZZO® from replicas & copies of various "competitors"!

So, if you're thinking of having such a bike built, pay close attention to such details before you spend your hard earned money on any self-proclaimed "customizer."
